Client Objectives

The Meridian Center is a new facility being built on a six-acre site across from the Indian River Lagoon. It is the first LEED certified office building in the Brevard County area that was designed and built by the BRPH integrated services team. MSI constructed an energy-efficient building where BRPH’s corporate headquarters could reside. MSI met the client’s standards by building and installing mechanical systems that attain overall cost and energy savings and efficient uses of the buildings resources.

EMCOR Solutions

MSI’s scope of work included construction of a new 70,000-square-foot, four-story Class ‘A’ office building. Recognized for consistent reliability and design flexibility, two 105-ton Trane IntelliPaK ll’s were also installed by the MSI team. With the most up-to-date unit-level microprocessor controls, uninterrupted monitoring is possible to ensure consistent performance and operation.
