Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Ray manages the EMCOR Services MSI (MSI) sales team and helps in developing the strategic sales plan that aligns with MSI’s goals.
His responsibilities include operations and sales, as well as reviewing current and upcoming jobs to ensure efficient planning, coordination, and customer satisfaction is met. Ray works to foster a teamwork environment through continuous communication and excellent leadership to ensure clients receive efficient, timely, and the delivery of quality-driven services.
Ray is a results-driven professional with over thirteen years of experience in the HVAC industry. With a proven track record of success, he has demonstrated a history of cultivating high-value relationships with both Fortune 500 and government organizations by exceeding targets, driving aggressive growth, and securing profitable relationships.
Throughout the years, he has held various positions of increasing responsibility at Carrier Corporation, including sales engineer, senior sales representative, area sales manager, and regional sales manager.
Prior to joining the MSI team, Ray was the associate director for Carrier’s Southeast region. In this role, he managed all aspects of the HVAC service business including marketing, sales, accounting, and finance. Ray established a new strategic direction that increased financial growth plans by spearheading organizational changes within the company, region-wide.
In 2007, Ray graduated from the Stevens Institute of Technology, achieving a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering. In 2013, he achieved his MBA at the University of North Florida.
Ray and his wife of over a decade have a son who loves baseball. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, woodworking, and spending time with his family.
