Education and Training are part of our DNA
Part of our Vision is to be recognized as an organization of "Thinkers, Leaders, and Problem Solvers". These words speak easy….the hard part is executing to attain our Vision. I challenge any of our competitors in our markets to prove that they invest more than MSI in terms of types of programs and percentage of Associates involved in training. From our two Accredited apprenticeship programs to the wide variety of Technical, Management and Leadership programs that MSI conducts we are working incrementally each day to achieve our vision when it comes to preparing and retaining Thinkers, Leaders, and Problem Solvers. This year our Associates will participate in over 5,000 man hours in training initiatives for personal and professional development.
