The renovation project was difficult, time sensitive and served an extremely critical facility for Disney Worldwide Services. There was no room for error on this project.

The skilled craftsmen that worked on this project deserve all the credit. MSI self-performed all the trades, from the sheet metal to the pip insulation to the chilled water piping to the building automation systems and test and balance. The work was performed flawlessly.

TLC Surgery Center

ORLANDO, FL – Orlando-based Mechanical Services, Inc. (MSI) is under way on nearly $900,000 of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing work at the new $7 million, 32,000-square-foot TLC Surgery Center in Lady Lake, FL, under contract with Southern Construction Group, LLC. The project will include three operating rooms, two procedure rooms, pre-operative and recovery areas, as well as related support systems. MSI will also supply and install the medical gas system including piping, outlets, alarm panels, gas manifolds, vacuum pump and certifications. Completion is scheduled for November 2007.
