Veranda Park Building 4000 Completed2/22/2008
ORLANDO, FL – Orlando-based Mechanical Services, Inc. (MSI) completed heating, ventilating and air conditioning work at the new multimillion-dollar 6-story, 480,000-square-foot Veranda Park retail/condominium Building 4000 located at 2295 S. Hiawassee Road, Orlando, FL, under its contract with PCL Construction Services, Orlando, FL. MSI’s scope of work included supplying and installing a BAC cooling tower, a Teledyne Laars boiler, Lennox air conditioning units and Trane package outside air units. The building consists of one floor of retail space, two floors of garage space and three floors of condominiums. |
