MSI Underway on Osceola County Elementary School1/11/2008
HARMONY, FL – Orlando-based Mechanical Services, Inc. (MSI) is underway on a multimillion-dollar heating, ventilating and air conditioning contract at Osceola County Schools’ new two-story, 109,576-square-foot Elementary School “J” located at 3365 School House Road in Harmony, FL, under its contract with Clancy & Theys Construction Company. MSI will supply and install 2 100-ton Trane chillers, 7 air handler units, 105 variable air volume boxes and duct work and air distribution equipment. The prototype design-build project in collaboration with SchenkelShultz Architecture is scheduled for completion in August 2008. |
