MSI Awarded contract for Physicians Associates Lake View Medical Park in Orlando

ORLANDO, FL – Orlando-based Mechanical Services, Inc. (MSI) was awarded a contract for heating, ventilation and air conditioning work at the new 17,996-square-foot Physicians Associates Lake View Medical Park located at 500 E. Princeton Street in Orlando, FL, by McCree, Inc., Orlando. MSI’s scope of work includes supply and installation of 12 new package units as well as two split systems and required duct work. Completion is scheduled for March 2008.
