Woodlands Corporate Center Office Building Underway11/9/2007
ORLANDO, FL – Orlando-based Mechanical Services, Inc. (MSI) is underway on heating, ventilation and air conditioning work at the new LEED-certified, 3-story, 94,690-square-foot Woodlands Corporate Center office building in Tampa, FL, under contract with Hennessey Construction Services, St. Petersburg. MSI’s scope of work includes supply and installation of rooftop units with variable air volume boxes, exhaust fans and required duct work. Completion is scheduled for January 2008. |
