“Dear Ray:
I just wanted to take a minute to let you and you company know that it was a pleasure working with MSI at the Kissimmee Christian Academy. Steve Benjamin was great in expediting materials along with answers to the issues that we encountered during this job. Robert Jones, who ran the onsite operations, did an outstanding job as a safe and very professional employee of your company. Robert represented MSI in a very top notch manner from the start all the way to the end. I’m glad we’ll be working with him again on the Burlington Coat Factory job as well as the other members of that team. Thanks for all your help.”
Sincerely,
Darrell Clark

Case Study - University of Central Florida Biomed Facility goes with T.A.C. Controls
Building Automation Experience
Mechanical Services of Central Florida, (MSI) chose T.A.C. Controls (Schneider Electric Company) as its Automation Team member for this mission critical Research Facility. The five story Burnett Research Laboratory is the primary facility for the new UCF Medical School and the Lake Nona Medical City currently under construction south of the Orlando Airport. The Web-Server based system provides control of all air handling systems, and integration with all laboratory pressurization controls provided by Phoenix Controls and Strobic Air exhaust systems. Additionally the T.A.C Automation system controls the central Clever-Brooks Steam Boilers, Variable Speed Drives and lighting systems on the project. Total point count for the project will be in excess of 3,000 points of control. Utilization of the T.A.C Controls and Software developed by MSI is assisting the Design/Construction Team in attaining LEED Certification for this important research facility. Mechanical Services is Teaming with Whiting Turner Construction and Modern Plumbing to provide this state of the art facility for the UCF Medical School. For more information on this project contact Charles Foshee at MSI.
