“Mr. Shelton,
I am writing to let you know what a fine job you team is doing while servicing our many a.c. systems here at Coca Cola Enterprises (Brandon Shared Services). I have got to know most of the technicians that do our maintenance and repairs and am very impressed with the work that has been done the last 18 months I have been associated with the facilities here in Brandon and MSI. I have always received a positive reception over the phone and all response times have been phenomenal. The A.C. unite have well taken care of when your techs are onsite and I have had no problems with them.
I consider MSI my most respected contractor/vendor used at our facilities.
Thank you for all of the excellent service.”
Sincerely,
Danny Williams

Case Study - Ameripath Goes with T.A.C.
Building Automation Experience
Ameripath Corporation operates Lab Facilities providing professional
analytic or diagnostic services to the medical profession, and patient services on prescription of a physician throughout the US. Ameripath contacted Mechanical Services of Central Florida, Inc (MSI) to provide them a Design Build solution to for their new facilities on the East Coast. MSI Teamed with Peninsula Engineering (PEI) an Orlando MEP Engineering Firm the MSI Team works closely with on Design Build opportunities. Together the MSI/PEI Team developed a web-based Automation System Design along with a full Mechanical System utilizing Trane Intellipac Roof Top Units, Phoenix Lab Hood Controls and Strobic Air Exhaust Systems. The system includes remote alarm functions, access control, Backnet ® integration of Trane, Phoenix, and Strobic Air equipment along with energy management control of the energy intensive Laboratory. Maintaining temperature and humidity in Ameripath’s labs is critical as analysis can be lost or destroyed without proper operating conditions. Couple the strict temperature and humidity requirements with the energy intensive nature of laboratories and T.A.C’s web-based server Automation Hardware and Software became the logical control solution. Future Ameripath projects to be implemented by the Team are in Tampa, Florida and Charlotte, North Carolina. Contact Shane Smith at MSI for additional information.
