Gladding Jackson Inc. was looking for a straight forward web-based Building Automation solution for their new office space in Orlando. Mechanical Services of Central Florida (MSI) designed and installed a T.A.C. (Schneider Electric Company) Web Server and Automation System that met Gladding Jacksons challenges. The System controls a variety of equipment including Roof-Top Packaged Make-up Air Units, and Chiller Water Air Handling Units, Variable Speed Drives, and Variable Volume Terminal units that maintain temperature, humidity, and energy management in the high tech design office.
