“Dear Mr. Horne:
During the last few months, your staff @ MSI, Inc. has gone above and beyond the normal levels of customer service. We have been experiencing unusual circumstances and operations of the HVAC equipment located @ 31 Lupi Court in Palm Coast, FL. The major tenant of the company is The Ginn Company.
The situation was created by another HVAC contractor who has failed in their initial installations of the equipment and their customer service response. Your staff has stepped into this situation and has performed each time we have requested assistance. It is a pleasure to work with professionals.
Please pass along our company’s gratitude for a job well done to you staff!
Sincerely,
Clay R. Seay
Business Development Manager
