I just wanted to express my gratitude to both MSI and Kelly Electric for the dedication and effort that was put forth this past Saturday during the Emergency Power Testing and the Chilled Water Failure Testing. When we first began the pre-functional testing phase for this project, I sent an email stating that it is Whiting-Turner's policy to strive to exceed expectations and not just adhere to wording of the specifications or scopes of work. The sucess of this past Saturday far exceeded my best expectations.
