Founder & C.E.O.
William M. Dillard is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mechanical Services of Central Florida, Inc. He is a graduate of Dekalb College in Atlanta with an Associates Degree in Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Technologies. Mr. Dillard is an active member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers, (ASHRAE.) Among his many other duties, Mr. Dillard has served as Chairman of the Society's Energy Management and Government Affairs Committee. Mr. Dillard is a recent recipient of the ASHRAE Distinguished Service Award. His firm was recognized as “1997 Commercial Contractor of the Year” by Contracting Business Magazine. He has numerous articles published in Industry Publications such as: The ASHRAE Journal, Contracting Business Magazine, Air Conditioning News, and conducted workshops for Carrier Corporation, Trane, and various industry associations. |

A distinguished industry veteran with 31 years experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning, Bernie joined MSI in 1977 and previously served as Vice President of the Building Services Group. Among his numerous credentials, Mr. Horne is qualified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) to certify air and hydronic test and balance of environmental systems and is licensed by the State of Florida as a Mechanical Contractor. |

Chief Financial Officer
Deborah K. Alazraki joined Mechanical Services of Central Florida, Inc. in 1997 and serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. She is a certified public accountant with over 19 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining MSI Debbie was a partner in a local CPA firm where she gained extensive experience in the areas of auditing, tax and accounting during her 14 years with the firm. |

Vice President, Business Development
Mike Dillard holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida in Communications, Radio/Television and was an announcer, producer and newscaster for Paxson Communications. He joined MSI in 1992 as an account manager and has held the positions of General Manager, Tampa Bay Operations and Strategic Accounts Manager for National Accounts. Mike is currently President of ASHRAE’s Central Florida Chapter and a member of The Trane Company’s Strategic Partner Board of Directors. |

Tim Miles started with Mechanical Services of Central Florida Inc., in 1992. He has over 22 years in the construction industry. Tim has risen through the ranks as a craftsmen, field supervisor, and project manager and most recently to Director of Design & Pre-Construction Services for the Special Projects Group. His involvement in the enhancements and development of MSI's manpower allocation systems, productivity improvement initiatives and estimating process and procedures has been enormous. Tim has researched and developed several processes and procedures that have made MSI more competitive and successful. |

Rick Conklin started with Mechanical Services of Central Florida Inc., in 2004. He has over 21 years in the construction industry and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida.

Director of Service Operations, Orlando
Daulton Wright joined Mechanical Services of Central Florida in 1988 as a service technician. He completed the Orlando Plumber and Pipefitters Local 803 Joint Apprenticeship Training in 1993. He excelled from there and in 1996 was promoted to Account Manager for the Building Services Group. His success continued in the following years as he was promoted to Service Manager in 1999 and then to Director of Orlando Service Operations in 2005. Wright has 20 years of commercial heating, air conditioning and refrigeration experience with concentration in service, maintenance, repair, customer service and administration. He is also licensed by the state of Florida as a Mechanical Contractor. |

Service Sales Manager
Bill joined Mechanical Services of Central Florida, Inc. (MSI) in 1999. He has over 20 years of sales and operations management experience. Previously, he served as Vice President of Sales for a $40 million manufacturing/industrial distributor and also as Vice President for CCR Property Casualty Insurance Co. He graduated with a BS in Business Education from the University of Oklahoma. Bill has been a BOMA member for 8 years and has served as a TOBY judge for the past 5 years and currently is on the Government Affairs Committee. |
