Bill Dillard is a graduate of Dekalb College in Atlanta with an Associates Degree in Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Technologies. He is an active member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). Bill has served as Chairman of the Society's Energy Management and Government Affairs Committee and was a recent recipient of the ASHRAE Distinguished Service Award. Under his leadership, MSI was recognized as "1997 Commercial Contractor of the Year" by Contracting Business Magazine. He has numerous articles published in industry publications such as: The ASHRAE Journal, Contracting Business Magazine, Air Conditioning News, and had also conducted workshops for Carrier Corporation, Trane, and various industry associations.
