As an account executive at EMCOR Services MSI, Mike is dedicated to providing the high-caliber service that he would want as a customer. He strives to exceed client needs by not only assessing what’s required today, but also anticipating their future needs.
Mike’s twenty years as an HVAC technician gave him hands-on knowledge that helps him better understand client needs and better communicate solutions. He is committed to putting the client first and upholding EMCOR Services MSI’s high standards of excellence in customer relations.
Mike attended the Local 803 HVAC trade school, graduating as a journeyman in the field, and has had additional specialized training in Centrifugals, Tracer Summit, Screw chillers, Controls, and Lieberts. In 1989, he joined MSI and worked as a senior service technician responsible for operations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC equipment (DX to large centrifugal). He managed field technicians and apprentices and supervised HVAC additions to ensure safety of personnel.
He has earned merit and exceptional service awards while in the field and continues to bring that same professionalism to his position as Account Executive.
Mike was recently elected by the CFHLA (Central Florida Hotel and Lodging Association) Engineers Council to serve as one of four Non-Voting Allied Members on the board.
